First in a series of factory building kits this impressive structure resembles the building style of the Gruenderzeit (founding period).
It features decorative brickwork and interesting architecture. A loading dock on one side makes this a very versatile building. The elevated floor continues to the inside where it finishes with a stair and railings. Use it as a stand-alone structure or as part of a bigger industrial complex.
It matches well with our other industrial building kits and can be used from the mid-nineteenth century until modern times.

Also available are add-on kits to individualize your factory:
  • 6 Vertical Tanks (the 1 and 2 tank sections also fit into the building!)
  • Big A/C Unit (add to the roof or adjacent to the building on the ground)
  • Small A/C Unit & Vents (this A/C unit is wall-mounted, while the vents are intended for the flat roof area)
